Ingredients
Ingredients

We use high-quality ingredients for high-quality dishes, always sourcing local, seasonal produce where possible. Our menu is made up of at least 80% British fruit and vegetables, as well as high-quality, free-range eggs and MSC grade 1-3 meat and fish. 

Waste
Waste

Our menus are designed with the goal of reducing food waste in mind. Every unused ingredient is donated to surplus food redistribution charities, and we have implemented a robust food waste strategy to maximise every ingredient whilst reducing food miles and our environmental impact. 

People
People

We pride ourselves on being a diverse employer committed to maintaining an accessible environment for all. Everyone at The Huddle is treated with respect and compassion, and we ensure a positive approach to mental health in the workplace through regular wellbeing training and support. 

Packaging
Packaging

We're proud to be reducing our use of single-use plastic products, implementing strategies such as eco-friendly and biodegradable straws, stirrers, and sauce sachets as well as maintaining a 'zero waste to landfill' policy for the past seven years, successfully reducing our carbon footprint. 

Bees
Bees

We're working hard to preserve and support our native British honeybee population through a partnership with the Hive charity, helping to support an estimated 160,000–240,000 honeybees at full strength. 

Fish
Fish

All of our fish is Marine Stewardship Council certified, ensuring its safety and sustainability. This helps to keep our oceans healthy and prevent overfishing, reversing the decline in fish stocks and supporting marine ecosystems. 

Water
Water

Water scarcity and inefficiency is a growing concern in the UK, which is why we ensure our staff are fully educated on mindful and economical water usage as well as equipping our kitchen and bar areas with more water-efficient equipment. 

Locality
Locality

Here at The Huddle, we know that fresh, local ingredients make for the tastiest dishes. From honey sourced directly from our Twickenham bees to seasonal fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers, we make sure to support community-based suppliers.
