With four active hives housing up to 240,000 honeybees, we’re helping pollinate over 50+ plant species across a 3-mile radius. Our Twickenham bees produce up to 60 lbs of honey per hive, which we use in select dishes and cocktails—adding a local, eco-friendly twist to your dining experience while keeping our restaurant sustainable.
